1.  Determine appropriate content and links pertaining to copyright and intellectual property to be made available on CUWL ’s web site and/or D2L page. Items may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Policies
  In general
  Specific to certain formats, such as e-reserves, as needed
• Effective practices
• FAQs
• Law
• Cases or other pertinent examples

2.  Discuss various policies currently used at UW System campus libraries and attempt to recommend a common policy as well as model policies. Minimally, make all UW System campus copyright policies available.

A preliminary report from the Task Force, including a timeline, is requested at the spring CUWL meeting on May 6-7, 2004 in Green Bay.
